Job summary

CSG Talent is partnering with a company expanding its team to hire an experienced Roofing Project Manager in the Vaughan, Canada area. You will lead commercial roofing projects from planning through completion with emphasis on safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, coordinating with site teams and clients, reviewing documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong background in roofing systems and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally within the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials and installation methods.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and coordinating subcontractors.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from award through to final completion and closeout.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities with supervisors, foremen, suppliers and clients.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Procure roofing materials and coordinate deliveries to site.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and project documentation.
• Monitor costs, track budgets and identify potential overruns.
• Prepare and manage change orders, progress billings and reports.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

What You\'ll Do

• Valid\'s driver\'s licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
