Qualifications

• Red Seal Certificate is required.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.

As Roofing Foreman, you will lead the charge in directing your team to be solutions-oriented, accountable, and serving our customers’ needs to the highest standard.

The roofing foreman is responsible for leading and supervising a roofing crew to ensure the successful completion of roofing projects. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing resources, and maintaining a safe working environment. The roofing foreman must have extensive knowledge of roofing systems, construction techniques, and safety protocols.

1. Project Planning:

   • Conduct inspections to identify and address any issues or defects.

   • Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
   • Conduct safety meetings and training for the roofing crew.
   • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.

1. Resource Management:
   • Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
   • Coordinate deliveries and inventory to meet project requirements.

1. Communication:
   • Maintain open communication with project managers.
   • Report progress, issues, and challenges regularly.
   • Address and resolve any concerns or conflicts within the team.

1. Problem Solving:
   • Identify and address issues or challenges that may arise during the roofing project.
   • Propose and implement solutions to overcome obstacles.

1. Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and other project-related data.
   • Complete necessary paperwork and reports.
