Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Dependable and reliable team player
• Ability to follow safety policies
• Participation in ITA sponsored apprenticeship program
• Willingness to work in physically demanding environments on roofs and ground
• Prior roofing experience is a plus
• Red Seal Ticket and Fall Protection certification are assets
• First Aid Level 1 is an asset

Daily Responsibilities

• Site setup
• Removing and disposing of old roofing materials
• Loading/unloading materials
• Site cleanup
• Installing various roofing systems (Asphalt, Metal, Eco, Cedar, Flat)
• Leading new workers on-site
