Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Roofers and Cladders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. You’ll be responsible for the installation of roofs on a commercial building.

Responsibilities

Install metal roofing system

Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications

Safely operate hand tools and equipment

Perform heavy lifting during installation

Apply caulking and sealants for waterproofing

Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently

Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements

Proven experience in roofing or carpentry (preferred)

Skilled in hand and power tools related to roofing

Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions

Comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and working at heights

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Strict adherence to job site safety practices

Pay Rates (Hourly):

Roofers (commercial/industrial): $25 – $40/hour (based on experience and ticketing)

Cladders (metal siding/architectural panels): $28 – $45/hour (based on skill level and project complexity)

Subcontract crews also welcome — rates can be structured per square foot or by contract.
