Job summary

ABB Robotics Canada is seeking a Planner/Dispatcher to coordinate field service activities, installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical support. The role interfaces with customers, technicians, project managers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling and service quality.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in robotics or related field, 3+ years in dispatch/planning, and strong English communication. Hybrid work model and Canada division involvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dispatching, scheduling, planning, logistics coordination, or field service operations.
• Experience in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, or technical service environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch field service technicians, robotics specialists, and engineers for installations, maintenance, repairs, and calls.
• Coordinate assignments based on skills, availability, and location; monitor activities and adjust as needed.
• Create, maintain, and close work orders in ERP/service management systems; track service metrics.
