The Manufacturing Engineer - Robotics role requires strong automation background, fluency in FR/EN, and a passion for technical problem solving in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s in automated manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial automation.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motion/control, and robotics is an asset.
• Fluent French and English; able to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance and reliability of automated manufacturing cells.
• Research and recommend automated/robotic solutions for efficiency.
• Prepare technical specs, statements of work, and analyses.
• Provide technical support during procurement of automated solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system performance.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of processes.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Leverage automation expertise to support maintenance teams.
• Contribute to evolution of production lines with Industry 4.0 concepts.
