Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering with relevant internship experience.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Interest in managing complex projects within aerospace manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend advanced technology opportunities in machining, sheet metal, composites, and assembly.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Contribute to defining project execution strategies: scope, resources, timelines, costs, risks and training.
• Manage project phases: feasibility studies, business cases, planning, acquisition, implementation and deployment; monitor budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and present project status updates to management at various levels.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams; act as interface between matrixed orgs.
• Develop change requests and risk management plans to address identified risks.
