Job summary

Electrans Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Production Line Assembler in Oakville, Ontario to join our fast-paced manufacturing team.

You will work on our vehicle mechatronics systems on the production line, assembling, inspecting, and packaging components according to SOPs and quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, ability to read measuring tools, and a readiness to rotate between stations while maintaining safety and efficiency on every shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years experience in a manufacturing role in a fast-paced environment (automotive/robotics/EV preferred).
• Familiarity with pneumatic production line assembly tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, install or package products according to work instructions, specifications and quality standards.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines at all times.
• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards.
• Inspect materials, components, and finished products for defects or irregularities.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Accurately record production data, materials used, and output counts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
