Aerotek is hiring a Robot Assembler Technician in Burnaby, BC. This contract onsite role involves assembling mechanical and electrical systems from engineering drawings, testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring quality.
You will coordinate with supply chain and engineering, use ERP systems, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment starting at 8:30 AM. Ideal candidates have experience in assembly, ERP/Oracle familiarity, and forklift certification, with a strong emphasis on 5S/Kaizen

Your role will involve ensuring the highest quality standards are met while working closely with various teams to resolve product and process-related issues.

Work in a clean shop environment with work benches, alongside a team of 200 people between office and production. Honesty is appreciated, and everyone is encouraged to give input, including contractors. The workday starts at 8:30AM for a morning meeting, with the option to begin as early as 6:00AM. Attire includes safety glasses, long sleeves, or at least 6-inch sleeves, and steel-toed shoes, which you must provide yourself.
This is a Contract position based out of Burnaby, BC.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
