Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, a Webber Group Company, is seeking a dedicated maintenance worker to support snow removal, road surface maintenance, and traffic control in a Canadian project environment.

The role requires hands-on operation of vehicles and equipment, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to respond to emergencies, with a pay range of $24-$27 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related work experience in construction/road maintenance or outdoor maintenance.
• Ontario Class DZ driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Completion of safety training: first aid, WHMIS, and traffic control methods.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow and ice using snow removal and sanding equipment.
• Maintain and repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, fencing, lighting, and related structures.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right-of-way maintenance; assist with slopes and drainage.
• Set up and remove traffic control; participate in emergency response rotations as needed.
