Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, a Webber Group Company, is seeking a skilled highway maintenance worker. You will maintain road assets, operate equipment, and support safety-focused tasks across sites in Canada. Strong English communication and a valid DZ license are essential.

Minimum three years in construction or road maintenance, plus training in traffic control, first aid, TDG, WHMIS and OH&S, are required. The role may involve overtime, evenings, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three years related work experience in construction or road maintenance.
  • Valid Ontario Class DZ driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of traffic control, first aid, TDG, WHMIS and OH&S training.

Responsibilities

  • Removal of snow and ice using snow removal and/or sanding equipment.
  • Maintain highways, signs, guardrails, lighting, potholes, striping, and related assets.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right‑of‑way maintenance and repair.
  • Set up and remove traffic control as required.
  • Transport crew and equipment to work sites; overtime and weekend work may be required.
