We are seeking an Intermediate Road Safety Engineer to support our expanding practice in Ontario, with exposure to Vision Zero planning, data collection, network

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Road Safety.
• Professional Engineering (PEO) licensure.
• Knowledge of OTM Books, TAC/MTO Design Guides, MUTCDC, HCM, HTA.
• Proficient with traffic analysis software (Synchro/SimTraffic, HCS).
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are assets.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong technical writing skills for road safety reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality end products with senior staff.
• Conduct site visits and field measurements.
• Collect and process road safety data.
• Engage with clients and team members.
• Perform literature reviews and research.
• Conduct statistical analyses for road safety modelling.
• Lead public and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare technical reports and proposals.
• Other duties as assigned.
