Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with active BC nursing registration.
• Completion of applicable post graduate specialty nursing course/program or willingness to complete.
• Current BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect information to establish a nursing diagnosis and care plan.
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop, implement and modify care plans.
• Coordinate care with interprofessional team and discharge planning.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes following Fraser Health procedures.
• Provide nursing care and education to support patient health goals.
