Job summary

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will provide high‑quality nursing care to residents with complex conditions and work within an interprofessional team to support patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university nursing program.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Two years experience in a complex continuing care, geriatric nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Rehabilitation, Gerontology, Palliative Care Certificate.
• Able to perform IV starts and venipuncture.
• Knowledge of CCR, RAI and MDS.
