Job summary

Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) is a two-site hospital in Brantford and Paris, Ontario, delivering a full spectrum of care. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, Medically Integrated Program, the successful RN will provide evidence-based nursing care to Medical Services patients and collaborate across floors in a hospitalist-led model.

The position requires a graduate nursing degree, active CNO registration, at least 2 years of medical/surgical experience, and BCLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical experience.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, comprehensive nursing care to Medical Services patients.
• Coordinate patient care and assist with cross-floor collaboration among the MIP team.
• Demonstrate professional development and clinical competency in daily practice.
