Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to perform community visits across Leamington, Kingsville, and surrounding areas in Ontario. You will assess patients, implement and monitor care plans, and maintain accurate records while building trusting relationships with diverse patient groups at their homes.

  • Active nursing registration with CNO in good standing.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience delivering community care is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel within designated area.

  • Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs.
  • Executing and continuously monitor care plans.
  • Engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust.
