Job summary

Sauce Recruitment Corp. is seeking a senior insurance risk professional to advise clients on risk management, insurance solutions, and claims support. You will gain exposure to captive management, complex financial analysis, and drive business development with new client opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing renewals and contract terms, building strong relationships, and mentoring junior staff. A hybrid role with training in risk management within the insurance industry is offered.

Qualifications

• RIBO, Level II General License, CIP, or CRM designation.
• 5-7 years' experience managing construction insurance and risk portfolios.
• Strong background in commercial insurance for large industry.
• Skilled in contract/lease insurance terms and negotiations.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.
