Job summary

Manulife's Group Functions Technology ITS&BR team in Toronto seeks a Risk Project Coordinator to support cross-functional risk and governance efforts, designing target state operating models and mapping current workflows. This hybrid role requires three days onsite in the Toronto office and offers exposure to risk, compliance, and project governance across GFT Shared Services.

You will document SDLC processes, gate requirements, and collaborate with Risk Line 1b and other teams to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst/BA role.
• Ability to translate complex processes into visuals.
• Knowledge of PMO practices, methodologies, governance.
• Understanding of SDLC.
• Exposure to risk framework.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Model workflows and handoffs across Risk Line 1b teams.
• Define interaction model between Line 1b and other Support Service teams.
• Document the SDLC/Agile process and gating requirements.
• Represent the Line 1b team in project gating meetings.
