Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Consultant, Risk Reporting & Insights to support the Risk CoE in Canada. You will develop risk reporting, build dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to leadership, partnering with business units to enhance risk oversight and data quality.

The role requires advanced Excel/Power Query skills, Tableau experience and strong communication. This hybrid position offers opportunities to influence risk strategy and support diverse Canadian leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Risk CoE reporting, dashboards and management information.
• Analyze risk data from multiple sources to identify trends and areas for investigation.
• Translate risk data into insights and commentary for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools, datasets and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Validate and reconcile data; investigate discrepancies and resolve data-quality issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting; reduce manual effort.
• Partner with Risk CoE and business stakeholders to understand needs and provide ad hoc analysis.
