Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Senior Consultant for Canada Strategy & Enablement. You will conduct rigorous financial and strategic analyses, prepare recommendations for executive leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape strategy for the Canadian business.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, project execution, and delivering insights that inform key strategic decisions across diverse lines of business. Hybrid work model offered, and a focus on growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, finance, economics or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance or equivalent.
• Exposure to insurance or financial services industry preferred.
• Strong quantitative analysis and financial modelling skills (Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication and ability to prepare formal reports and presentations (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
• Prepare and deliver recommendations on priority strategic questions for the Canadian Business.
• Engage executive stakeholders and partners across the business.
• Lead or support strategic projects with cross-functional teams and deliverables.
