Job summary

Sun Life Health is seeking a Senior Consultant, Strategy to shape and communicate the Sunlife Health strategy. You will frame problems, gather data, and present actionable insights to senior leaders.

You will own the monthly strategy reporting cycle and deliver executive-ready materials to drive decisions across Canada. The role requires 3+ years in a strategic analytical role, excellent Excel modelling, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or another analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills, clean modelling habits, and a working grasp of basic statistics.
• Clear, concise writing and slide-building for senior audiences, with strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Frame the problem and test hypotheses to shape strategic questions.
• Find evidence and build analyses to support recommendations.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready materials and present with confidence.
• Run monthly strategy reporting cycles and briefing notes for leadership.
