FP Inc. in Downtown Toronto is hiring a Risk Analyst to support supplier governance across the third-party lifecycle. This 12-month hybrid role focuses on identifying process gaps, driving efficiencies, and implementing enterprise policies and tools within the Functions Supplier Management program.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supplier risk/risk management, strong communication skills, and proven analytical abilities to influence senior stakeholders. Some exposure to Tableau is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Supplier Risk/Risk Management (Risk and Governance practices, Frameworks and methodologies, Supplier management life cycle).
• Strong communication & relationship management skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences and influence senior management.
• Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to self-manage.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operations to enable supplier governance and oversight activities throughout the third-party lifecycle using various tools and applications to support adherence to third-party risk monitoring activities.
• Provide advisory support to key stakeholders in the Risk Assessment process, including clarification on communications on change management activities supporting the rollout of enterprise policies and standards, processes, and tools.
• Identify process gaps and make recommendations for driving efficiencies and improvements within the Functions Supplier Management program and integration initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements to ensure operational excellence, including maintenance, quality control, gap analysis, and opportunities for improvement of processes and procedures.
• Develop, build and manage effective relationships across Functions and other bank Business Platforms, including procurement, supplier management offices and centers of governance.
• Resolve operational issues, risks and conflicts, working in collaboration with key stakeholders and escalating where required.

Location: Hybrid | Downtown, Toronto

Duration: 12 Months

• Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Risk Analyst - Proficientto support day-to-day operations to identify process gaps and make recommendations for driving efficiencies and improvements within the Functions Supplier Management program and integration initiatives.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

• Support day-to-day operations to enable supplier governance and oversight activities throughout the third-party lifecycle using various tools and applications to support adherence to third-party risk monitoring activities.
• Provide advisory support to key stakeholders in the Risk Assessment process, which may include clarification on communications on change management activities supporting the rollout of enterprise policies and standards, processes, and tools.

Must Have Skills:

• Looking for candidates who are management-focused and not risk assessment.
• 3+ years of experience in Supplier Risk/Risk Management (Risk and Governance practices, Frameworks and methodologies, Supplier management life cycle)
• Strong communication & relationship management skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences and able to impact and influence senior management.
• Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to self-manage.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Consulting experience in the supplier management field
• Supplier risk experience from other FI's
• Data management and data visualization, such as Tableau.
• Ability to read contract and commercial purchase language.

Soft Skills Required:

• Strong communication & relationship management skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences and to impact and influence senior management.
• Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to self-manage.

Education:

• Business Administration degree (BCom / MBA) or/and CTPRP Certification, Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation, Certificate of Professional Learning in Risk Management.
