Baxter is hiring a Ring Seal Operator in Alliston, Ontario. This role covers the Afternoon shift (15:00–23:00 EST) on a permanent full-time basis, with responsibilities from setup to packaging of ring seal products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated good attendance and performance in current role.
• Experience operating equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, set-up and run a semi-automatic ring seal machine – parts loading/feeding, product inspection and packaging.
• Clean, set-up and run a manual ring seal machine – insert recon into port tube, insert bag into ring sealer, perform sealing process and pack bags.
• Perform continuous visual inspections to ensure product quality and proper machine function.
• Perform GDP documentation to support product release and maintain traceability.
• Cross-train on other critical equipment to support Plastics Department Operations.
