Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Alliston, Ontario, is seeking a Ring Seal Operator to join our afternoon shift. You will operate a ring sealer, load parts, inspect quality, and ensure timely packaging of recon parts into bags.

You will work in a fast-paced GMP environment, stand for long periods, collaborate with maintenance, and cross-train on equipment. This full-time role offers benefits and an employee stock plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to stand at all times in a fast-paced GMP environment.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Experience operating ring sealing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ring sealer to seal recon parts into bags.
• Set up and run semi-automatic and manual ring seal machines.
• Perform QA inspections and document per GDP.
• Maintain supplies and assist with maintenance as needed.
• Cross-train on other critical equipment and materials handling.
• Follow 6S and keep a clean, safe work area.
