Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Rig Supervisor for the Cold Lake area in Alberta to lead well servicing operations and supervise rig activities on site. The role values a strong background in well control, coil tubing, wireline, and stimulation work.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of field experience, prior supervision roles, and familiarity with SAGD or sour service environments. This position requires on-site presence in Alberta and a comprehensive safety-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in well servicing operations.
• Prior experience as a Well Site Supervisor or Rig Manager is strongly preferred.
• Experience in service rig operations and rig-less work (coil tubing, well stimulations, wire line).
• Demonstrated knowledge in well kill and well control strategies.
• Knowledge of Well Servicing activities incl. completions, maintenance, abandonment.
• Computer proficiency; experience with Well View is an asset.
• SAGD / Conventional & sour experience is an asset.
