Job summary

Evertz Microsystems Limited in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking an RFP Coordinator to lead end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

You will analyze requirements, coordinate with internal teams, apply critical thinking to craft tailored, compelling proposals, and maintain a centralized content library to improve quality and efficiency.

As an RFP Coordinator, you will lead the end-to-end response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. This role requires a confident and thoughtful professional who can work independently, apply strong critical thinking, and collaborate effectively across teams. You will play a key role in shaping high-quality proposal responses that reflect both precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses from intake through submission
• Analyze RFP requirements and translate them into clear action plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights
• Apply critical thinking to develop tailored, accurate, and compelling responses
• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, compliance standards, and deadlines
• Act as a central point of coordination, maintaining clear and professional communication across teams
• Communicate with Sales and customers to clarify requirements and expectations
• Maintain and continuously improve a centralized library of proposal content and past submissions
• Identify opportunities to strengthen response quality, consistency, and process efficiency
• Ensure adherence to established RFP processes, templates, and timelines to maintain consistency and quality across submissions

Location: Burlington, Ontario (in-office position)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours.

Salary Range: $40K CAD - $45K CAD
