Sage in Canada is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to drive the deployment and ongoing success of our North America RevOps methodology. You will orchestrate cross-functional programs across geographies, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment are met.
You will lead NA workstreams, maintain governance artifacts, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to drive consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
At Sage, we’re building the next generation of Revenue Operations excellence- and we’re looking for a Program Delivery Manager to make it happen! This role will drive the deployment and ongoing success of our North America revenue operations methodology, by bringing governance, structure, and momentum to critical initiatives across our RevOps organization. Working closely with the Director, Revenue Operations Program Delivery, you’ll orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple geographies and business units. You’ll be the connective force ensuring that every milestone is met, every dependency is managed, and every stakeholder stays aligned.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. For this role, in these locations, the base salary range for new hires is: $110,000 to $125,000 plus bonus.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
