AI-Enabled Demand Gen Strategy & Pipeline Growth
Sage is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager (IC) to help shape and optimize the net-new prospect demand strategy for Sage Intacct, our B2B SaaS AI-powered Financial Management solution across two key verticals in the U.S market.
As an individual contributor and reporting into a Senior Manager, you will own demand strategies and plays that improve full-funnel performance from demand generation, lead acquisition through sales-qualified opportunity creation. Using data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities, you will align the right stakeholders, collaborate with the Campaigns Hub and Digital Hub teams, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
This role also closely collaborates with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Ops to align strategy, optimize lead flow, and continuously improve performance through a system-driven, data-led approach.
This is a rare opportunity for a data-led B2B SaaS marketer who wants to be a part of a more modern growth/demand gen marketing model. Our marketing teams are in the early exploratory stages of developing an AI-enabled way of working where marketers set strategic direction, use AI agents and automation to scale tactical work, while overseeing strategic data‑driven decisions and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate has a strong hands‑on curiosity for AI or ideally experimented with building AI agents to automate workflows. You have at least 4 year of experience owning B2B multi‑channel (across email, webinars/events, paid media, organic, search, content syndication) demand gen plays - strategy, execution and optimization. You're a proactive, analytical marketer with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to connect marketing activity to business impact.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job‑related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$115,000 to C$123,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (15%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
