This is a remote, project-based role with one assessment to qualify and ongoing project matches spanning code review, evaluation, and original task creation.

Pay ranges from $40–$180/hour depending on the projects you qualify into. Fully remote and asynchronous work on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering, computer science, or app/web development.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one major programming language.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete software engineering tasks across AI training and evaluation projects.
• Review and evaluate code and model outputs for correctness and quality.
• Deliver clear, well-documented work independently.
