Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager (Revenue) to work with the VP of Sales on high‑impact initiatives. You’ll drive analytics, build dashboards, and run cross‑functional projects that unlock growth across the sales organization.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in strategy/ops in startups or consulting, strong data skills with Excel/Sheets, SQL, Looker/Tableau, and a track record of delivering structured projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, sales strategy, business operations, or a high‑performing startup.
• Strong proficiency with Excel/Sheets and SQL; experience with BI tools Looker/Tableau.
• Ability to lead structured projects and think strategically while getting things done.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, fast learner with sound judgment and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic projects to improve sales performance and process efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Engineering.
• Develop forecasting, territory planning, dashboards, and root‑cause analyses to inform decisions.
