Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to stand, bend, lift, and carry packages up to 70 lbs.
• Good basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning devices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Accurately scan, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems.
• Identify and correct billing discrepancies including weights, dimensions, or service levels.
• Ensure packages are processed per revenue recovery procedures and audit standards.
• Maintain a high level of data accuracy to support revenue integrity.
• Safely lift, move, push, and position packages per safety guidelines.
• Communicate with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors about exceptions or system issues.
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and land/scan targets.
• Report damaged packages or system issues promptly.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and security procedures.

• Accurately scan, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems (e.g., NSDS, DWS, handheld scanners).
• Identify and correct billing discrepancies, including incorrect weights, dimensions, service levels, or missing data.
• Ensure packages are processed in compliance with UPS revenue recovery procedures and audit standards.
• Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail to support revenue integrity.
• Safely lift, move, push, and position packages following UPS safety methods and ergonomics guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors regarding exceptions or system issues.
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and valid scan targets.
• Report damaged packages, irregulars, or system issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and security procedures.
