You\'ll work with NSDS, DWS, and handheld scanners, handling packages up to 70 lbs, and collaborate with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors to resolve issues while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Reliable and punctual in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scan, weigh, and dimension packages accurately using NSDS, DWS, and handheld scanners
• Identify and correct billing discrepancies such as incorrect weights, dimensions, service levels, or missing data
• Process packages in full compliance with UPS revenue recovery procedures and audit standards
• Maintain high data accuracy and attention to detail to support overall revenue integrity
• Safely lift, move, push, and position packages following UPS safety methods and ergonomics guidelines
• Communicate effectively with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors regarding exceptions or system issues
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and valid scan targets
• Report damaged packages, irregulars, or system issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in compliance with all company policies and security procedures
