Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations and CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration.
• Strong data analysis and data quality skills.
• Experience with integrations and automation platforms.
• Track record building leadership dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot day to day, including pipelines, workflows and reporting.
• Use AI tools to speed up data cleanup, analytics and documentation.
• Own data quality, standards and governance for accounts and pipelines.
• Manage integrations between HubSpot, NetSuite and other tools.
• Build dashboards and provide insights for leadership.
