Job summary

Air Canada, a Canadian symbol, seeks a skilled analyst to join the AI Laboratories - Revenue Management team. You will analyze, develop and maintain automated and AI-based solutions for Revenue Management and Commercial Affairs, supporting PROS RMA and related systems.

You will gather requirements, monitor KPIs, prepare reports and participate in testing, training and implementation activities, contributing to forecasting, optimization and data modeling initiatives across the Revenue Management

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, operations research, engineering or the equivalent.
• Three years of relevant experience in revenue management, analytics, automation, systems support, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a revenue management environment in an origin and destination context (PROS RMA or equivalent).
• Excellent design, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize analytical and business information, formulate solutions and recommendations, and present results clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain technical information and support tool adoption.
• Ability to translate business needs into documented technical requirements with stakeholders, suppliers and developers.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and AI-powered tools; familiarity with large databases and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support automation and AI initiatives by gathering requirements, coordinating input data, and monitoring development activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs, reports and dashboards to evaluate revenue benefits, adoption, forecast accuracy and user workflows.
• Maintain understanding of Revenue Management tools and systems, including internal and third-party solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and ensure development and maintenance of automated solutions.
• Perform analyses of business issues and develop options for review with the AI Laboratories team.
• Adjust priorities based on production issues in collaboration with the team.
• Participate in evaluating, testing and implementing new tools and system updates; prepare analyses and reports.
• Provide training to new and current Revenue Management team members on new features.
