  • Define and document key performance indicators, measure development and data traceability to ensure reporting consistency and reliability across Flight Operations.
  • Support the development and adoption of Microsoft Fabric to contribute to Flight Operations analytics work, including the establishment of data lakes, Dataflows Gen2 and data pipelines, as well as the integration of Snowflake data into Fabric (e.g., mirroring or OneLake shortcuts) to power Power BI reports.
  • Define and promote the responsible use of AI and advanced analytics tools to improve data analysis, forecasting, reporting and operational decision-making.
