Job summary

Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) Regina Head Office is seeking a Customer Care Facilitator. This permanent role focuses on assessing worker needs and administering Workers’ Compensation benefits, while leading recovery and collaborative return-to-work planning.

The position requires a university degree in a related field and at least one year of case management experience, plus a valid Saskatchewan driver's license. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • University degree in health care, education, social sciences, disability management or business.
  • Minimum of one year case management experience.
  • Field position requiring a valid class 5 Saskatchewan driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the needs of individual workers and administer benefits under The Workers’ Compensation Act.
  • Lead recovery and collaborative return-to-work planning with workers, employers, health-care providers, unions and others.
  • Manage assigned caseloads and prepare reasoned, plain language decisions.
  • Adhere to return-to-work procedures and approve/authorize services and benefits for injured workers.
