Job summary

Michaels Stores in Gatineau, QC is hiring a Store Team Member to help customers find products, check out quickly, and keep the floor well-stocked. You will engage customers, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

In this role you’ll participate in truck unloading, shelf replenishment, and omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), while upholding brand standards and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in stock, planogram, and merchandise recovery.
• Support store safety and SOP compliance.
