Fort St. John Co-op is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our 114 Avenue Gas Bar & Car Wash site in Fort St. John. You will lead a team of gas bar attendants to deliver a top-quality customer experience.

The successful candidate will coach staff, ensure site standards, enforce Co-op policies, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests. This role offers development opportunities within a member-owned business with a strong local focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in frontline retail or customer service.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience or relevant post-secondary equivalency.
• Familiarity with BC Employment Standards, Food Safety and WorkSafeBC laws.
• Able to lift 55 lbs (20 kg) and carry it 100 meters repeatedly.
• English proficiency CEFR B2+; safety and customer-service standards.
