North Central Co-op, a member-owned cooperative, is hiring a Full-time Site Supervisor for the St. Albert Trail Gas Bar/C-store in Edmonton, Alberta. You will lead daily gas bar operations, ensure top customer service, and cover shifts when the Site Manager is away.

Two years of gas bar experience, CRS familiarity, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather are preferred. We offer competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and an employer-contributed pension plan.

We invite applications for the position of Full-time with benefits Site Supervisor to join our Consumer Fuels team at our St. Albert Trail Gas Bar/C-store in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate must be transferrable, flexible and available for opening/closing shifts with the ability to support the Management team.

What you’ll do:

Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on timely, efficient and professional service. Responsible for providing support and guidance to the Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales at the gas bar. Responsible for maintaining operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.
