Job summary

TELUS is seeking a Seasonal Retail Support Associate to join our stores across Canada. You’ll engage customers, identify needs, and deliver a positive shopping experience while supporting store operations and inventory management. A friendly, adaptable team player who can work evenings, weekends and holidays will thrive in this fast-paced setting.

Competitive hourly rates apply (up to $20 CAD/hour depending on province) with potential end-of-season bonuses and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a high performing team where contributions are measured and recognized.

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

This Role offers: $20 per hour in Ontario, Alberta, and BC. $19 per hour in Manitoba, Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia
