Job summary

TELUS in Calgary is seeking a Seasonal Retail Support Associate to join our in-store team. You will engage with customers, help locate products, assist with shelving, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

This seasonal role offers competitive hourly pay and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with peak shopping periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day weekends. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred, not required.
• A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a high performing team where contributions are recognized.
• Work in a fast paced environment, where every day is different.
• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key dates include but not limited to November 27, November 28, November 29th and November 30th (Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) and December 26 - December 27 (Boxing Day weekend).

This Role offers: $20 per hour in Ontario, Alberta, and BC. $19 per hour in Manitoba, Quebec,Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia
