• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Becomes an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Support store leadership during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with employees to ensure tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
• Build and share product lifecycle expertise.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and after-hours tasks when needed.
• Leverage omni-channel channels to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
