Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to deliver results.
• Willing to coach and mentor others to learn and grow.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as required.
