Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Supervisor for our Georgian Mall location in Barrie, ON. You will lead a retail team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while managing scheduling, inventory, and performance assessments.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in retail management, are passionate about streetwear and sneakers, and can coach and motivate sales associates in a fast-paced omni-channel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience.
• Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Strong numerical and financial analysis skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience at the JD Sports Georgian Mall location.
• Schedule, supervise, and coach team members to achieve KPIs.
• Maintain inventory and evaluate employee performance.
• Support store leadership and partner on store initiatives.
• Grow business through community engagement and culture-first approach.
