Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor for our Georgian Mall location in Barrie, ON. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing staff, and ensuring operational excellence across inventory, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

The team emphasizes coaching, growth, and a premium retail experience in a fast-paced, omni-channel environment. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is required to support store leadership and community

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills including problem analysis and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

The Role:

Our Retail team is looking for a Full-Time Supervisor to join our JD Sports Georgian Mall location! Come join our quickly growing and developing team at JD Sports Canada. Main responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experience and fostering growth and development to the team. Most importantly you will ensure operational excellence by performing managerial tasks, such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and/or evaluating employee performance.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
