Job summary

The LEGO Group in Canada is hiring a Retail Support Associate to assist the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with scheduling, attendance, and holiday planning.

You will supervise Sales Associates on shift, handle issues per LEGO policies, and help maintain stockroom organization and product presentation.

This role follows a hybrid work model with about three days in the office and offers a starting hourly wage of CAD 25.15 plus a 5% annual bonus and benefits.

• Complete orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and merchandise on the shop floor while achieving loss prevention targets.
• Assist the ASM and SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation.

• Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates
• Ensures a well-organized stockroom is maintained at all times and that all available products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved
• Assists the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is $25.15 . A bonus scheme with an annual target bonus of 5% of the base salary is in place for this position, subject to contractual terms as well as a standard benefit package.
