Saskatoon Halal Meat and Grocers in Saskatoon, SK is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor who is self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role is permanent, full-time, with shifts including day, evening, weekend, and early morning.

  • The candidate must supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.).
  • The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
  • The candidate must hire and train or arrange for staff training.
  • The candidate must exhibit designers plan and develop permanent, temporary, or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions.
  • The candidate must order merchandise.
  • The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
  • The candidate will be responsible for selling merchandise.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
  • The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • The candidate must organize and keep inventory.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers.
Job Requirements
  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
