Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for communication with customers and team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related retail role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to sales workers and supervise their performance.
• Hire and train staff or arrange for training.
• Authorize cheque payments and manage store finances.
• Order merchandise and manage inventory.
• Sell merchandise and provide customer service.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Supervise staff including apprentices, stage hands, or design team as applicable.
