Retail Store Supervisor

Location: 1 Riverside Dr, Kapuskasing, ON P5N 1A1

Salary: $19.00/hour, 40 hours per week

Terms: Permanent, Full-time, On-site, Starts as soon as possible, 1 vacancy

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales duties
• Hire and train staff or arrange training
• Order and authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise and prepare sales reports
• Resolve customer issues and manage inventory
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities
• Manage cash

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience
• Languages: English
• Personal qualities: Organized, reliable, team player, able to multitask

Supervision
