Job summary

Reddy’s Your Independent Grocer à Hearst, Ontario, recherche un superviseur de magasin pour diriger une équipe de 5 à 10 personnes et organiser les plannings afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement du commerce de détail.

Vous établirez les commandes, traiterez les retours et préparerez des rapports sur les ventes et le personnel, tout en gérant les demandes clients et les stocks. 40 heures/semaine avec des quarts variables.

Qualifications

• Diplôme secondaire requis.
• Expérience en supervision est un atout.
• Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et de multitâche exigées.

Responsibilities

• Commander des marchandises.
• Autoriser les retours de marchandise.
• Établir les plannings de travail.
• Préparer des rapports sur les ventes, le merchandising et le personnel.
• Résoudre les problèmes clients et les ruptures d'approvisionnement.
• Organiser et maintenir l'inventaire.
• Superviser et coordonner 5–10 employés.
• Réaliser les évaluations de performance.
